Cosplay Contest and Masquerade

NexusNippon hosts both a cosplay contest and masquerade. The cosplay contest is a place where attendees can showcase their creativity and craftsmanship in either prop building, dressmaking, wig styling or all three! The masquerade is an event where cosplayers can demonstrate their creativity in the form of sketch comedy, lip sync, dance, or any other kind of expressive media they can tie into their character/characters. NexusNippon allows and welcomes both group and induvial entries to participate. (To ensure the safety of all attendees, we require prop and weapons checks at our event. Cosplayers must have all props and weapons inspected to prevent any accidents or harm. Our dedicated staff will also provide guidance and assistance to make sure all props meet our standards.)
